For sale 2005 15th anniversary fuel injected softail Fat boy. I bought this from a friend of mine, who bought it brand new in 2005, so this is a two owner bike. It has been garage kept and well maintained since new. Low miles at only 38,100 As you can see it is set up for touring, I just got back from Sturgis,the bike ran perfect the whole way. It has several thousand dollars in accessories and mods. It has custom hand painted graphics painted by an artist, Eagle on the front fender, feathers on the gas tank, and a dreamcatcher on the rear fender. for Motor mods, this vintage of softail is know for having bad cam chain tensioners, 203 cams where installed when this was fixed.(this is an expensive repair!) 360 degree K and N air filter kit, Vance and Hines shortshots. these mods really "wake up" the motor. On the bike itself, Chrome fork covers and front axle covers, Memphis Fats windshield, harley "shark teeth" lowers, 9" rise 1.5" diameter Harley mini apes, Kuryakyn iso grips with cramp buster, tank pouch, Mustang seat with driver backrest(700.00!), Kuryakyn Cruise pegs, Passenger backrest, luggage rack, Hardstreet locking hard saddlebags, rear chrome axle covers, chrome pulley and chrome belt guard. Also HD live to ride derby covers on right and left side. The tires are Michelin Commander II's with plenty of tread. Recent maintenance: fuel filter, NGK iridium spark plugs, fork oil, cables lubed. Last weekend changed the crankcase and transmission oil. I burn Mobil 1 in the motor and trans, and harley syn3 in the primary. You could get on this bike and take it on another cross country trip tomorrow. This bike has all day comfort, and with the motor mods passing is a breeze. the previous owner and i are well into our 50's, this bike has never been hot rodded or abused.
