Up for auction is this custom 2003 Harley Davidson Softail Deuce. This motorcycle was bought new in July 2003 and has been a one owner, garage kept bike. The bike currently sits with 4,603 original miles. During the fall of 2003 this bike went through well thought out customization. It was determined that it was going to get a custom make over while maintaining the original factory look. The idea being that it would still look like an original Deuce from certain angles. After about 2 ½ months, the finished product is what you see… The list of upgrades that were done are as follows: · Arlen Ness wide tire kit (250 size). Kit included a new swingarm, transmission spacers, and primary spacers · Arlen Ness fender struts · Original HD Deuce rear fender; cut, widened, painted, and factory striped to match · American Racing solid chrome rear wheel · Chromed rear pully · Screaming Eagle Stage 1 carb kit · Vance and Hines short shot pipes · Drag style handlebars · Steel braided lines · Custom made chrome handlebar switches · HD factory grips · 5 degree raked triple tree · Chrome bullet style head light · HD skull covers · Kuryakan rear turn signals swing arm covers · Kuryakan side mounted license plate frame · Arlen ness rear lowering kit · Front shocks were also lowered (can’t remember what brand of springs right now) · Front wheel is original HD that came with the bike This bike was a constant head turner at every meet while it was out and I never failed to get asked questions regarding the work. Even grabbing the attention of the local HD dealer owner!! The bike won 3 best of shows during the following summer after it was completed. Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pick up!!! 2005 Harley Davidson FXSTDi Deuce with only 11k original miles. Bike is LOADED with upgrades including Vance & Hines exhaust, Stage 1 intake, Chrome forks, chrome calipers, chrome switch covers, chrome master cylinder, chrome mirrors, chrome rear wheel, etc, etc. Very minor flaking on the chrome wheels, see picture. Please take the time to look through the high resolution pictures. I will be traveling between Jacksonville, Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, & Winston-Salem during the month and will be more than happy to bring it with me along the way for a small fee after a $500 deposit has been made.
