2000 HARLEY-DAVIDSON ULTRA ELECTRA GLIDE CLASSIC, FULLY LOADED AND READY TO GO!THIS ULTRA HAS JUST RECEIVED A FULL 40K SERVICE AND SAFETY CHECK BY OUR LOCAL HARLEY DEALER, SHE REALLY IS "READY TO GO!" She's a 5 speed, Stock 88 Cubic Inch Twin Cam, with Tru-Dual Rinehart Exhaust, Stage One Screaming Eagle Intake and Arlen Ness "Big Shot" adjustable fuel tuner. RUNS LIKE A TOP! PERFECT!!! She's in fantastic shape, runs, stops, shifts and goes down the road as she should! Dependable and good looking all in one package.Below are just a few of the high and low points:Paper Work- YES, CLEAR California TITLE in hand- California Registration expired in April 2015 - (NON-OP in hand so NO late fees or charges) See expiation in "history" below.- All this HARLEY DAVIDSON'S related Shop Manual, Owners Manual, Books, Receipts and Inspection Paperwork (pictured) are included Body/Frame- NO RUST OUT! (doesn't happen here in sunny, drought ridden California) - NO surface rust to be found.- She hasn't been all cleaned up, this is just the way we keep her.- NO issues with seats or backrest- Included is all three saddle bag and trunk Luggage (seen in open saddle bag and trunk pictures)- The Saddle bags have been removed in several pics so ya can see just how nice she is under all the "cover-up stuff"- The Factory Upgrade Stock WIRE SPOKE wheels are in EXCELLENT CONDITION- EVERYTHING works as it should... AM, FM, Cassette Stereo, CB, Lights, Brakes, Cruise Control and so on . NO motor work has been done... NO "HOT" cams, NO wrench work... nothing. Motor has never been opened... NEVER. BONE STOCK 88 ci Harley Davidson Motor (oh, you can open her up and do whatever ya want... me... I prefer the reliability of the stock Harley 88 motors, no leaks, no smoke, no oil consumption... just get on and ride and ride... and ride)- Rinehart Tru-Duals have been added (in 2002, so it's proven perfect) along with a Fuel Tuner to accommodate the Tru-Dual set up and Stage One H-D Screaming Eagle intake. That's it for performance additions- Lots of CHROME... front forks, floor boards, grips, shift and brake pedal, radio and gauge rings and on and on, check out the pictures...- Harley Davidson Full Floating Front Brake Discs were add years ago (no more brake noises and truly improved stopping ease)- "WORKS" rear shocks (no more un-responsive rear "air shocks")- Windshield pouches for whatever ya need to keep handy on the ride- She's got an electronic "DEER AVOIDANCE SYSTEM" (by Hornet). This "deer whistle" does not use air flow to operate. It is switched off and on by a small toggle switch so you can use it or not.- There IS an area of Driveway Rash on the left side of the Bat Wing Fairing. See expiation in "history" below, and last picture close-up Recently replaced Stuff (RECENTLY means LESS than 2 months ago)- The FRONT HD / DUNLOP D402F Tire, Tube, and Wheel Band (Spoke to Tube Protectors) are all NEW. (A TOTAL SERVICE!!) at 47579 miles, on 9-24-15... yep, what?... 3 miles ago... yep.SHE'S READY TA RIDE!!!!AND RIDEAND RIDE !!!! A little History and Why we're selling her (ya don't have ta read all this part, but I thought ya might want ta know) The "History"...and "Why" Well, I purchase this bike back in 2002 and took her coast ta coast, Sturgis, Canada, Boarder ta Boarder, and anywhere I could think of to go. GREAT DEPENDABLE BIKE! Then my Brother Inlaw wanted a "newer Harley" (he was ridin' an, old, oil leakin' AMF vintage HD and was tired of fixin' it, don't get me wrong here, he LOVES that old bike, and still has it, just wasn't makin' it on the long trips to well) sooooo... he bought this 2000 from me awhile back and I got me a used Screaming Eagle FLHTCUI-SE (crazy letters huh?) and we've rode a bunch of great long trips together for years. He's gettin' up in years (72) and sadly enough, seems ta be havin' an issue with his leg strength. Says sometimes they turn ta "spaghetti".Well, that's what happened to the Fairing... back in February, 2015, after a day of ridin', he stopped in his driveway, kickstand down, got off and opened the garage door, got back on, kickstand up and his left leg gave away, and down he went. He's done that a couple times at stop signs, but been able to recover quick enough to not hit the ground. Now he doesn't want to take chances and that's why the fairing is damaged and why he didn't re-up the registration, but did take out a NON-OP on her, and now we are sellin' her. (don't worry, he's gettin' a trike because he's not gonna stop ridin') He doesn't do Ebay, or computers for that matter, so I've got the duty.... so it's time for someone else ta enjoy her... and take care of her. So..... now ya know. Did I forget anything? I'm sure I did, heck, I'm pushin' 70 myself now.... I'm lucky I remember where the coffee pot is half the time. If ya have any questions... PLEASE ask! If I know the answer, I'll tell ya, and if I don't, I'll tell ya I don't know.... NO Bologna NO international shippingSERIOUS "OFFERS" ONLY PLEASE I Realize that sometimes ya can't get a transport to pickup somethin' in a week or two... just keep me informed... COMMUNICATION is the key to a successful transaction... just let me know if transportation issues arise. I WILL WORK WITH YOU, again... communication, communication. Arrangements and cost of transportation is the buyers responsibility. I can help with the loading of your H-D Ultra, at my residence.I am not a wood worker, so please do not ask if I can crate her up... don't even have the tools for wood work. If ya want to come by and pick her up, and/or ride her home (she REALLY is ready ta RIDE home) , no problem... if ya can take the "cold weather". (ALL transport pickup and/or buyer pickup, is after payment in full has cleared my bank... naturally) Again, If ya have ANY questions about this sweet Harley Davidson Ultra Electra Glide Classic, PLEASE ASK. It's better to ask questions FIRST and not have any surprises later. This 2000 Harley is "for sale" locally also, so I reserve the right to end this auction at any time.
