I bought this bike nearly one year ago in Florida and rode it all the way to Portland. As the name indicates, it is great for long rides, and works well on highways, city streets and some off-roads. It comes complete with both side panniers, a top case, Michellin Pilot tires, and is in great condition. I have received expert service from MotoCorsa of Portland (including a major service) and have a full record of service that the bike has undergone.

Design When the Ducati Design Center started working on the Multistrada 950 the goal was to develop a compact, eye-pleasing bike that had to be, above all else, a true Multistrada. That's why it takes its cue from the two bigger-engined Multistrada family members. The Multistrada 950 combines Multistrada 1200 and Multistrada 1200 Enduro design features to perfection, taking the "lightest" elements from both. The front-on view, with the distinctive headlight, 'beak', adjustable screen, two wings' and tank come from the Multistrada 1200. The rider's seat with narrow mid-section, the passenger seat, rear grab rail, the design of the exhaust and swingarm and the wheel sizes were, instead, taken from the Multistrada 1200 Enduro. This mix has produced a bike with classic Multistrada lines that's also compact, and not just visually. The Multistrada 950 is available in two colours; classic Ducati Red and stylish Star White Silk. Both colour schemes feature matt grey frame and wheels. Testastretta 11° The Multistrada 950 is powered by the already renowned twin cylinder 937 cm3 Testastretta 11°, now extensively overhauled. EURO 4-rated, it has four valves per cylinder, liquid cooling and bore and stroke measurements of 94 and 67.5 mm respectively. Engine power amounts to a maximum of 113 hp* at 9,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 96.2 Nm at 7,750 rpm. The compression ratio is 12.6:1. *The power values indicated above are measured using a chassis dynamometer. Homologated power data, as quoted in the Bike Registration Document, are measured using an engine dynamometer according to the homologation regulation. The two power values may differ because of the different measurement equipments.

Born to travel and to be unstoppable on any type of terrain, the Multistrada 1200 Enduro is able to stand up to the stresses and strains of off-road riding,but also on any road you can imagine. A real globetrotter, just like you. Design and Technology Design The elegant and sporty design of the Multistrada has been given an all terrrain twist with the Enduro. The front is designed to integrate the new 30 litre tank. The front beak has been lengthened to better protect the rider from mud, in addition to the newly-designed front mudguard. The two side tank covers are created in anodised aluminium with visible screws. Looking at the bike in profile, you immediately note the upward curving line that starts from the swing-arm all the way to the front headlight, giving the impression that the Multistrada 1200 Enduro is an animal ready to pounce. The muscular but light shapes of the front marry with the lightweight rear end, designed to facilitate riding while standing. Vehicle Hold Control The ABS of the Multistrada 1200 Enduro is equipped with the Vehicle Hold Control system that, when activated, holds the braking of the bike when stopped. In this way, when making an uphill start or when fully loaded, you need only worry about regulating the clutch and accelerator, while the VHC will gradually reduce the pressure on the rear brake. 5'' TFT display The new Multistrada 1200 Enduro is equipped with a 5" Full-TFT display. The configuration of the display is variable and adapts automatically depending on changes in light and the selected Riding Mode, showing, in each case, the most useful data with which to manage the selected riding style. In addition, the display can be set up by the rider according to requirements. Full LED lights Ducati Cornering Lights (DCL) is a system designed to ensure greater active safety during night riding or when there is little light. On approaching a corner, the dedicated LED light positioned inside the headlights will light up in the direction of the road according to a set lean angle, ensuring better lateral visibility. Ducati electronics The Multistrada 1200 Enduro is equipped with all the Ducati technology you can imagine.
