Selling this beautiful machine, bought recently but much prefer the ride of a japanese bike, I'm coming off a gixxer 600 and a 2013 ninja 636 and wanted to try Ducati, unfortunately I didn't like it...(personal preference). But if you like the twin engine this will definitely put a smile on your face, power is great as well as handling and brakes.. There is definitely not a better looking sport bike out there!!! Still have factory warranty until July of this year..... I did a full inspection before buying it at the Ducati dealer and have no problems taking it to the dealer if you would like to do an inspection for your peace of mind, it cost about $100.00Bike has never been dropped and it's in like new condition, only 2200 miles!!!! You don't have to service this bike until 13000 miles, Ducati change the service intervals with this newer models, only oil change and fluid checks.Bike is paid off I have clean title in hand under my name.7863nine73seven9eight
2004 Multistrada 1000 DS only 8,900 miles. Agile and light, this design is aimed at cyclists searching for a flexible critical motorcycle that is above all simple and enjoyable to cycling. This Ducati Multistrada is the excellent motorcycle daily on every roadway. The bike exceeds the expectations of any enthusiast who rides it. The Multistrada's outstanding performance is the result of more than innovative design. Its 992 cc engine and the use of the highest quality Superbike components throughout also are key. The Multistrada 1000 DS combines: the signature Ducati trellis frame, ace-bred brakes and lightweight alloy wheels with high-performance street tires. It has a lightweight, aluminum, single-sided swingarm and a compact and narrow fairing to provide protection from the elements. Many thanks for looking. English and Spanish speaking.
Sporting spirit: Bold and essential design. Advanced electronics to ensure greater riding pleasure. Styling as unmistakable as its history. The new Monster 821 Stripe is the epitome of the values of naked motorcycles by Ducati. A racing livery to inspire an even more sporty feel and a fully adjustable suspension for even more sophistication.
A CAFÉ RACER FOR A NEW GENERATION In the 1970s, sport riders were modifying their street bikes with some of what they saw being used on the race track, like clip-on handlebars, rear set foot pegs, and “fast” colors. This was done just as much for the “look”, as for increased performance. In the end, motorcycle haunts of the time were filled with individualism and non-conformity expressed in trend-setting styles and experimentation with performance enhancement. The Café Racer style was born. The Ducati Sport 1000 captures the bold style of the early bikes. Starting with the traditional monochromatic color themes of yellow, red and black, each bike also has a contrasting racing stripe across the fuel tank and tailpiece. All three colors are complemented with a classic black frame. With a solo seat and clip-ons, the Sport looks low, lean and ready for a ride in the twisties. The clip-ons on the Sport have, however, been raised about 20 millimeters compared to the Paul Smart for a slightly more relaxed position. The Sport 1000’s suspension features a 43 millimeter upside-down fork by Marzocchi. Suspension by Marzocchi was also the choice on the original 750 Sport Ducati of 1971, and the brushed aluminum forks of the new Sport look as great now as they did back then. Rear suspension is handled by a Sachs single shock, which can be adjusted for pre-load, compression and rebound damping, in conjunction with an elliptical 60 millimeter asymmetrical swingarm. The Sport 1000 has inherited yet another outstanding feature from the original Ducati sport bikes: reduced overall weight. Tipping the scales at just 395 pounds (179 kilograms), you can feel how light it is whether you are going at top speed or simply parking. The limited weight is a distinct advantage of the Sport 1000 when accelerating, cornering or braking. It's the Café Racer style of the Taglioni Sport 750 with modern Ducati performance.

A desire to experience the exhilaration of naked power from an iconic motorcycle.Less is MonsterThe 'less-is-more' philosophy behind all Monsters underlines Ducati's never-ending pursuit of genuinely compact, high performance motorcycles, but these new models have succeeded in being even more 'pared down' than their predecessors. Every single component has been redesigned and redeveloped so now more than ever, form follows function. With any details detracting from the Monster concept being eliminated, 'less-is-more' also means 'less-is-Monster'. Less weight plus more torque equals fun-filled riding.DesmodueThe engine of the Monster 696 is the legendary Desmodue, 696cc, air cooled, L-Twin engine whose 80hp gives it that unmistakable Ducati sound. Developed for an incredibly flexible power delivery, the 696 Desmodromic engine provides enough torque to exit the most challenging of corners. The impressive torque, typical of the Ducati L-Twin engines, will excite with every twist of the throttle.APTC clutchThe APTC wet clutch gives a slipper type action that prevents destabilizing of the rear-end under aggressive down-shifting and also gives the extra benefit of a super-light feel at the lever, a great benefit in stop-start city traffic or during longer journeys. The 21-plate oil-bath clutch (11 friction and 10 steel) represents a power-enhancing weight reduction over the dry system as well as having a quieter operation and requiring less maintenance.Monster TrellisAn immensely strong but light tubular steel Trellis frame with aluminium rear sub-frame is the visual and structural backbone of the Monster. Delivering unparalleled rigidity with minimal mass, the chassis design is pure Ducati in its ingenuity and simplicity. A separate, all aluminium sub-frame saves weight and adds a pleasing continuity with the aluminium footrest hangers and matte finished swingarm.Lightweight constructionEvery carefully selected component of the Monster 696 has a net benefit to the overall light weight of the machine. The dry weight of 161kgs (355lb) has dramatic effects on not just manoeuvrability and ease of use, but also by contributing directly to increased performance, braking and power force.Location Miami.
