2009 Buell 1125 R, I am selling my 2009 Buell 1125R with 3392 miles. This is a clean bike in great running condition. I am the second owner. Buell has a clean title and has never been down. This bike has had synthetic fluids in it since it left the factory, I run exclusively Motul; it currently has Motul 7100 20w-50 ester based full synthetic oil that makes it shift beautifully. This oil is bright red new and comes out a a little darker red when changed meaning this bike has a clean engine. I also changed the coolant last spring to Motul factory line coolant which has caused the running temp to fall a little, but where the great advantage is the dramatic drop in temperature when sitting then getting up to speed, it drops from 200' to 170's in no time. I also changed the brake fluid to Motul 600 Dot 4 at the same time. The bike has been stored during winters in an indoor climate controlled facility. The PO bought a SS Jardine RT-5 exhaust but took it off soon after due to it being loud, I personally never re-installed it and kept the stock exhaust on just like when I bought it. I have the exhaust but it has scuffs due to it being moved around in storage. If you know the 1125 series you know they have a charging system problem, this bike does NOT currently have the problem as it does not have the HD "band-aid" fix done. I do however have a new Ricks hotshot stator, CE605SB series R/R, 2 ignition cover gaskets, and a rotor bolt. As you can tell I was going to install the fix myself this spring but since I'm selling it I have not done so...yet. It takes a few hours of labor time in your garage and not a lot of tools needed. Its a fairly easy fix and there are a few good "how-to's" online on how to fix it yourself, it's a matter of the parts which I have and your own time, heck if you buy my bike and live in the area I will even help you in you need it! But I'm thinking you might not because I have 3 OEM Buell factory service manuals for working on the bike. I also have 2 sets of gripster tank pads the first set have some adhesive issues which they sent me out a second set for free. I have 5 keys for the bike, 1 OEM buell key, 2 aftermarket keys, and 2 uncut aftermarket keys, that any locksmith can cut. Also I have 2 Genuine OEM Buell tank and tail bags. These are rare and valuable in a sense and have never been used. I have 4 EBR pegasus decals that color match the tank decals. I was gonna apply them to my liking but I will refrain since the bike it for sale. I have 2 batteries a genuine HD AGM and a Yuasa AGM battery I installed the OEM 2010 Buell LED taillight which is a lot brighter than the incandescent taillights that were on pre-2010 Buells. I have aftermarket pegs that are wider than the OEM for better foot control. Price is OBO. Ask for link for higher quality and more pictures and video of bike! $6,499.00
