This classic 1939 BSA SilverStar is a great looking bike which runs well, but needs a little work on the transmission. After I purchased it I rode it but found that I could only shift it into first and second and that was uncertain and difficult. I haven't ridden it since. To fix the transmission the shift forks and shift "dog" will need to be replaced. This old bike would make a wonderful historic motorcycle for the right person. 1961 BSA Royal Tourist, This is an absolutely fine motorcycle. It is a BSA A-10 Golden Flash Royal Tourist that has been updated in every way to become a beautiful modern day WHAT!!? I’m not sure exactly what to call it, a bobber or a cafe racer? I do know that whatever it is, it is a really fine job creating an outstandingly beautiful and highly reliable vintage motorcycle.
