This s1000R was purchased new in '14. With all the features and technology, it made sense to add the extended warranty, which has 5 years remaining and is transferable (included in price). It also comes with a 5 year tire hazard warranty, which has 3 years left and is transferable (included in price). Tires were replaced less than 1,000 miles ago (have receipt). The bike currently has 6,300 miles, following the 6k mike service (done at 6,100). All records available. It is completely stock and has every option that was available for the bike. There are two windscreens (original and taller version), both from BMW. Have never taken it to a track, only Ortega hwy every other month. BMW bikes are not cheap to purchase, own or maintain. So if you are interested, you should know what you are getting into and be prepared for such a commitment. All that said, they can't be disputed for their performance, detail and build quality. This is my second BMW and will be purchasing another once this space is clear in the garage. I won't entertain comparison shoppers. Not intending to be a jerk or difficult, but if you are in-market for this bike, you know what you are getting. No test rides. BMW will let you take a demo ride if you don't know their products. These are great bikes, but I don't need a bike that will break 130 mph in 3rd gear anymore. Thanks for inquiring.
