Original condition all stock, numbers matching, never molested and in excellent condition for a 36 year old motorcycle. Have clear title ready to transfer. A rare opportunity!I bought the bike from the second owner who had it for over 20 years and stored for approximately the last 10 years. Looks great & runs fantastic. Great power, pulls well, handles wonderfully. All electronics work as they should. It has 29,196 miles and given the condition and mechanics of the bike I believe this is the true original mileage. Mileage may increase a little as I continue to ride the bike occasionally.Mechanically, the front brake master cylinder was rebuilt, all brake fluid was flushed and replaced, fuel petcocks were rebuilt, gas tank was flushed and cleaned with Metal Rescue (not relined with any of those crappy products). New NGK plus, ignition timed, carbs cleaned and adjusted, valves adjusted, all fluids replaced: changed motor filter & oil 15W50 Mobil 1 synthetic, transmission and drive 90 weight gear oil, fork oil replaced with Belray 7.5. Brand new Panasonic sealed battery. Metzeler tires are in good shape with lots of tread. The bike is ready to ride!

Purchased from original owner in San Diego in 2014 with 42000 miles. Bike is all original except newly replaced Parabellim windshield and a dual seat. Beautiful magenta original paint. Some small nicks- no dents.bike runs great.Current mileage 42350. The bike sat in original owners garage for 10 years.Completed the following work on the bike:New front rear Metzler tires, new front/rear master cylinders and all rubber high pressure brake hoses, front forks rebuilt, new rear shocks, new battery including battery charger, carbs rebuilt and synchronized, valves adjusted, spark plugs replaced, new wheel bearings front and rear, front/rear disc brakes new, all oils changed, new air/oil filters.Push rod seals replaced, head and valve cover gaskets replaced, new in line fuel filters added, new gas cap,Fuel tank relinned, new rubber fork rubber boots( have come loose) need to re glue, original front/rear wheels powder coated to original BMW color.The underside of the faring had a small crack caused by improper tie down which was repaired.

This bike runs beautifully and has had a major overhaul. New parts include: BMW R100 custom stainless steel exhaust, new stainless steel spokes and wheel bearings. The rims are powder coated. It also has a Brembo front master cylinder, new brake pads, caliper seals, and a Spiegler brake hose. It has new Dellorto Carbs and the following seals are new; all shift seals, fork seals, and swingarm seals. It has new Avon tires and a Corbin seat. All hardware is stainless steel. This a classic cafe bike for the discerning buyer.
