bmwbike store HERE'S A SUPER CLEAN 1982 R65LS BMW MOTORCYCLE. VERY DESIREABLE MODEL. I BOUGHT FOR MY WIFE. IT'S TOO TALL FOR HER. ALL NUMBERS MATCH AND I HAVE A CLEAR TITLE SIGNED FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER. THERE ARE 46,000 MILES ON THE BIKE. THERE WAS A GLICH WHEN THE ODOMETER TURNED FROM 30 TO 40,000 MILES. THE 4 DID NOT TURN OVER, BUT THE GAGE WORKS. THE MILEAGE APEARS TO BE CORRECT FOR THE CONDITION OF THE BIKE. IT HAS BEEN WELL KEPT AND MAINTAINED ALL IT'S LIFE. STARTS, RUNS, DRIVES AND STOPS AS IT SHOULD. ONE MUFFLER HAS 2 TINY DINGS. ALL THE CHROME SHINS AND THERE IS NO RUST. NICE PAINT AND STRIPS WITH NORMAL NICKS AND MARKS FOR A BIKE THIS AGE.
