2011 KTM SX 250 F, A KTM is one of the machines that bring a lot of excitement to the shop. Austrian engineers have obviously been planning this bike for a while as the 2011s sees major changes on all fronts: engine, chassis, suspension and bodywork, many of which coincide with the larger KTM 350 SX-F and KTM 450 SX-F. Compared to last year the 250 gets better marks in all the categories it struggled in and it s an improved machine that offers a ton of features. The SX-F for 2011 gets a Keihin fuel injection system like the 350 which has temperature and altitude compensation along with cold-start enrichment. KTM reworked the cylinder head with dual-overhead cams and DLC-coated finger followers that are said to increase flow by 10% at the intake port. With the 2011s, The power still holds its top-of-the-line controllability and fun top-end pull but thanks to EFI, the responsiveness is now a form of brainless fun. Stop in and check this one out!! Features May Include: FRAME - SOLID TECHNOLOGY Visually similar to the lightweight and approved Duke steel trellis frame, the orange painted frame has been modified to better fit the supersport ergonomics and dynamics. The increase of the steering head angle to 66,5 degrees results in a shorter trail, shorter wheelbase and increased ground clearance. All these modifications release the complete racing potential of the RC and guarantee quick, agile and playful handling. SWING ARM The light alloy swingarm with directly linked WP shock absorber excels by providing extreme torsional stiffness and outstanding tracking stability. ENGINE - RACING DNA The state-of-the-art, liquid cooled, single-cylinder four-stroke 375ccm engine with twin overhead camshafts, four valves and electronic fuel injection, already equipped in the Duke 390 provides outstanding power and thanks to the balancer shaft, delivers the highest level of smoothness. The engine is equipped with an electric starter powered by a 12V/6Ah battery. 2006 KTM 50 SX Senior, 2006 KTM 50SX senior. The track is its middle name as it was born there and it is also where it likes to spend most of its time. The bike is small, agile, a real powerhouse from KTM, and manages to effectively deliver its power to the rear wheel and blow away the competition. Given to its type of engine and its displacement, the KTM 50SX is hard to be put up against a direct competitor because nobody on the market offers diversity at the level that KTM does. Long suspension travel, front and rear disc brakes plus the most performance you can get for your money in this class. Designed for racing ages between 6 and 10 years.
