2016 KTM 350 EXC-F, 2016 KTM 350 EXC-F Best In Class The 350 EXC-F is known to be the most successful competition enduro model on the market. It is the ultimate Enduro machine when optimum rideability and maximum Enduro performance are called for. Thanks to its compact, powerful, DOHC engine, along with its low weight and its perfectly tuned suspension, this machine masters each and every tough spot in cross-country riding with ease and poise. In addition, thanks to its playful handling, the 350 EXC-F always holds the advantage when the going gets really tough. The longer the distance, the more the rider benefits from this, as both pros and beginners alike can enjoy the guaranteed maximum fun factor. Features May Include: ENGINE The 350cc 4-stroke engine with a state-of-the-art electronic fuel injection offers a very wide power band and is distinguished by a dynamic but easy to control power delivery. DDS CLUTCH The one-piece basket of the DDS clutch (damped diaphragm steel) is machined from solid high-tensile steel in one solid part together with the primary drive gear. This process guarantees unbeatable reliability and, together with the thin steel linings, contributes to the narrow engine width due to a compact rivet-less design. The diaphragm spring makes it possible to implement an additional rubber damping system inside the clutch hub, ensuring reliability for the transmission and excellent traction. Finally, the hydraulic clutch mechanism by Brembo in conjunction with the diaphragm spring provides a very light clutch operation and controllable modulation. ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) The Engine Management System by Keihin with electronic fuel injection and a 42mm throttle body ensures a spontaneous response and maximum engine performance. GENERATOR The 350 EXC-F engine is equipped with a 196 W AC generator with integrated starter freewheel. The generator provides sufficient energy for the fuel injection, lighting and other electrical loads. Compared to the 350 SX-F, the oil-cooled rotor has a larger diameter with a bigger flywheel mass and requires a larger ignition cover. HANDLEBAR All EXC models are fitted with the super strong, tapered Neken handlebar made of high tensile strength aluminum alloy. The proven standard KTM mount allows to fix the handlebar in four different positions. Hand guards made of a 2-component polymer ensure durability and effective hand protection. AIRBOX The air filter can be quickly replaced without the use of any tools, thanks to an ingenious airbox design guarantees optimum filter protection from flying dirt while creating maximum airflow for high performance. The airbox covers are manufactured in a 2-component process with in-mold graphics. In addition, two extra flaps on the left cover allow it to be secured with bolts if desired. SUSPENSION/DAMPING The EXC models fea

2015 KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days, skid plate, front disk protector, radiator guards, custom seat, lots more! 2015 KTM 350 EXC-F Six Days LEGENDARY The 350 EXC-F Six Days is "READY TO RACE" for the world's largest enduro competition, the "International Six Days Enduro". Six days in succession, over a thousand offroad kilometres, 40 hours in the saddle - a gruelling test, not only for the rider. A whole package of high-quality special options makes the 350 EXC-F Six Days fit for this ruthless contest, in which more than half the starters bank on KTM every year. No other brand is anywhere near as strong and successful in offroad sport. In 2013 the fastest rider overall was once again on a KTM. The Six Days will take place in Argentina in 2014 and the KTM model range has been updated accordingly to be equipped for everything that the South American terrain has to offer. In the form of the new Six Days models, KTM offers well-proven, robust machines that fully satisfy the high demands of this extraordinarily tough competition. Features May Include: OIL CIRCUIT The 350 EXC-F Six Days engine is equipped with two oil pumps. A pressure pump supplies reliable lubrication to the crankshaft, piston, balancer shaft and valve controls. It also ensures cooling of the ignition and lubrication of the clutch. A suction pump draws oil from the crankcase and uses it to lubricate the transmission. This creates a slight vacuum in the crankcase, which also increases engine performance. Newly developed oil strainer sealing rings are used for MY 2015 to provide better durability in the most extreme conditions and a longer service life. VALVE TRAIN The crankshaft drives a laterally positioned intermediate shaft that also acts as a balancer shaft, water pump drive and timing chain drive for the two camshafts. A hydraulic chain adjuster ensures reliable chain tension and consequently extremely precise valve timing. ENGINE The 350cc 4-stroke engine, with state-of-the-art electronic fuel injection, provides a very broad useable rev range and distinguishes itself with dynamic yet strength-saving engine characteristics. With peak power of more than 45 hp, the 350 EXC-F is powerful enough to beat every 450 in the E2 class.
