This machine been getting some serious attention on the showroom floor in the few days since it arrived; and it should be. But it's also not what you expect to greet you front and center when you walk into one of the countries best known exclusive BMW dealerships even if Bob's sells nearly as many used bikes every year as we do new ones and a healthy number of those pre-owned motorcycles are not BMW's.So even this write up or bike story as we like to call them may look and read a little different too. These Valkyrie 1800's are a very special build and vision from Honda; perhaps a little Gold Wing, a little F6B and a little Rune all blended up just perfectly. Great lines, superb ergonomics especially for a big sport standard or borderline cruiser and a fantastic vision with the nearly all matte black driveline, chassis and wheels and trim.

ALL NET PROCEEDS GO TO THE PBTF & RIDE FOR KIDSIt's not too often we have a brand new bike that's not a BMW on the floor but we do. Bob won this at the Ride for Kids® event in nearby Ellicott City, MD this past September and it just arrived from Honda. He's agreed to sell the bike here at the dealership and donate all the net proceeds back to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation who sponsors the RFK. Bob will be all too happy to tell the buyer and next owner how that happened.

The Honda Goldwing F6B shares a lot with its "big" brother, but takes it's styling cues from a fresh – sleeker - genre of bikes; the "bagger". With its low-slung windshield and tail, and low center of gravity, it gives you a machine that is just as capable of putting down the miles while giving you a look that really stands apart from the rest. This example saw a mere 6,600 miles before the 1 and only owner decided it was time to move to something with a top case. It was serviced regularly and moded lightly. The owner added the adjustable Madstad windshield, 12v power port, and a nice set of grip covers. Being the deluxe model, the bike came from the factory with heated grips, self-canceling turn signals, centerstand, and the passenger backrest.

2014 Honda VFR800 INTERCEPTOR, This is essentially a one year old brand new bike with a paltry 1,700 miles placed on it by the original owner. And it is priced below any comparable new or used offerings we could locate anywhere. And there were not that many out there available so this makes this machine that much more desirable. It arrived as a perfect 10 in every category we evaluate pre-owned machines in. Mechanically and cosmetically.
