Unfortunately selling my precious!! This bike is fun, fast and loud! Never dropped never tracked and clean title. No performance mods except a slip on exhaust that sounds amazing! This bike is mechanicaly sound and only needs a chain and sprokets soon!(bike is totally ridable)  If you want to take it to a mechanic to have it gone through I'd be more than willing. I bought the bike 3ish years ago and unfortunately I got one of the 08's with the defective cranks from the manufacturer that Had a hair line fracture that created a loud whine at idle and low RPM's. It didn't effect the bike in any other way. I spent a little over $4000.00 for a new crank, crank bearings, and piston rings, water pump, along with fork seals and brakes.(essentially a new motor ) I know that's sounds scary but don't trip!! This bike is reliable and great for commute, you can squirt through any traffic. I've also recently put a new battery in it and oil. All work has been done by Eastbay Motorsports and I have all records from them. The bike shows 16,000 miles but the crank and all  associated parts were replaced less than 7,000 miles ago. Come test ride the bike you won't be disappointed!! But bring your helmet and money cause if you wreck it your buying it!!I'm not in any hurry to sell the bike so don't bother with lowballing!! $6,500obo is pretty firm! I'm lossing out on the money I've put into this bike. This bike has the same hp as the 2016's SPECIFICATIONS   Engine and Transmission Displacement: 999ccType: liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder Bore x Stroke: 76mm x 55.1mm Compression Ratio: 12.3:1 Valve Train: DOHC; four valves per cylinderInduction: Dual Stage Fuel Injection (DSFI)Ignition: Computer-controlled digital transistorized with three-dimensional mappingTransmission: Close-ratio six-speedFinal Drive: #530 O-ring - sealed chain 999cc -  175.3 bhp36 mpg -  169 miles rangeTop speed 190mph

2015 Honda CBR 1000RR Repsol Edition, 2015 Honda® CBR® 1000RR Repsol Edition Inspired By A Champion. No motorcycle connects rider, machine and road like a sportbike. The immediate acceleration, the chassis that feels like an extension of your own skeleton, the power, the handling and the bigger the sportbike, the more intense the experience.Honda® s CBR®1000RR has long been the ultimate Superbike for experienced aficionados, and the 2015 CBR®1000RR is really something special. First off, we re celebrating Honda® MotoGP rider Marc Marquez s back-to-back World Championships with some special graphics packages on the standard and SP models. Then there s the CBR®1000RR ABS version, with the most sophisticated brake package in the class. But here s the biggest news: Track-day enthusiasts need to check out the CBR®1000RR SP Repsol Edition version. With fully adjustable Öhlins front and rear suspension, Brembo front brakes and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SC premium tires. The SP also includes a special lightweight subframe with solo seat cowl. The SP doesn t stop there, with hand-selected engine parts for weight and balance, including pistons and connecting rods. Features May Include: Rider PositionIn 2015, the footpegs were moved further back by 10mm, and the handlebar angles revised inward and downward to move the rider triangle slightly downward and forward.WindscreenA bubble-shaped windscreen works in concert with the rider position changes to reduce wind resistance.LCD InstrumentsThe CBR®1000RR s full-screen LCD instrumentation includes a lap timer, trip and fuel-consumption computer, five-level customizable shift indicator, gear-position indicator and peak-rpm memory function.12-Spoke WheelsWith their consistent rigidity and balance, these sharp-looking 12-spoke cast-aluminum wheels work with the fork and enhance suspension feedback to deliver real handling improvements.Big Piston Fork (BPF) Front SuspensionThe CBR®1000RR s front suspension uses a Big Piston Fork (BPF). The 43mm Showa fork is smoother, more responsive and gives you excellent front-end feedback.Centrally Located Fuel TankThe CBR®1000RR s 4.7-gallon fuel tank is positioned in the center of the chassis and low in the frame. This allows for a more compact design but more importantly, it helps centralize the bike s mass.
