I am selling a 1999 Harley-Davidson FXR2 with around 4,100 miles on the clock. This one is in 'Stone Cold Blue'... this first batch of Harley CVO's represented the beginning of a new era in their line-up. Built from the frame up entirely by two factory employees and NOT run down the assembly line. Only 276 were made in this color as opposed to the 625 made in 'Arresting Red'. Overall stock condition with the exception of some chrome visors, a lay-down license plate holder, low back rest with pad, a small windscreen, toolbag and matching billet hand grips. Most all of the fasteners have been replaced with smooth, chrome capped head fasteners that really add a lot to the overall sleek, clean finish. Definitely a beauty of an FXR to be sure. We all know these bikes to be the best riding / handling motorcycle the factory ever put on the highway and these FXR CVO's were the finest of them all. This motorcycle has been in temperature controlled storage for the past 5 years or so and has not been on the road since then. New H / D battery. Never been in the rain, sleet, snow, salt, etc. The overall condition of the paint, chrome and aluminum attest to that. Just a beauty of a motorcycle!
