This is a ZEV - Z Electric Vehicle.This electric motorcycle/scooter is only 2 weeks old. It was made by Z Electric Vehicles. If you don't know them, you should. They are one of the premier electric motorcycle/scooter producers in the USA based in W. Virginia.This is NOT your average electric scooter. Most electric scooters max at 30-40mph and a range of 20-30 miles. This scooter goes up to 80mph and has a range of up to 75-80 miles. Equivalent/similar to a 250cc scooter or so. :// / The reason I am selling it is that I since purchased a Zero Motorcycle since I bought it.The actual retail price of this bike is $8990. I paid over $8.5k for the bike + shipping ($650). This is an AWESOME bike. These are NOT puny little electric scooters. This baby goes over 75mph. and I personally achieved a range of 70 miles on a single charge the other day. The controller is pretty strong and you can power away from a stoplight faster than most cars. It it is the top-of-the-line model in its size with its 6kWh battery capacity. It is comprised of 28 cells of 3.35 volt lithium 60AH battery cells (84 volts nominal at 3 volts per cell). The bike generally achieves a range of anywhere between 1.2 - 1.5 miles per amp hour. When using the recommended limit of 80% battery capacity, that leads to 48AH x 1.5 = 72 miles.This is a chance to get a VERY unique, essentially new, electric motorbike for much less than factory price.
