Thank you for looking at our machine. Bike: This listing is for a very nice 2015 Yamaha YZ450F dirt bike. The 2015 YZ450F is the next iteration in a long list of award winning dirt bikes from Yamaha's stable. It is improved from the 2014 model by way of it's new EFI mapping, new suspension valving and springing, easy to use Dzus fasteners for the airbox lid, new gearing, 20% lighter throttle spring, and new motor mounts. It all starts with an extremely powerful 4-stroke that is an absolute blast to ride. It is liquid-cooled to handle the extreme performance that the 449.7cc, Dual Over Head Cam (DOHC), Titanium 5-Valve'd engine produces. The engine is backed up by an awesome 5-speed manual shift transmission with a fully manual clutch. This engine produces 59hp making it the most powerful 450 on the market. This bike also has Electronic Fuel Injection. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just fire it up, put it in gear, and you're gone. The front suspension is a Kayaba Speed-Sensitive System inverted forks with 12.2" of suspension travel. The rear suspension uses a Kayaba monoshock with 12.4" of suspension travel. It uses a hydraulic brake in the front with a single 270mm disc and a single hydraulic brake in the rear with a 245mm disc. If you're reading this, then you probably know about Yamaha's legendary racing heritage. There are a few high performance 450s on the market, but the YZ450F is truly at the top of the list. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in great used condition. This model doesn't come standard with a speedometer or hour meter so we cannot tell you how many hours or miles it has on it. What we can say is that we see a lot of bikes each year, and this is one hasn't been abused. It was a local owner trade who wanted a Side x Side. The engine is perfect and fires quickly. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, suspension, etc. The tires are almost new with lots of tread remaining.The plastics are excellent with very few light scratches here or there, but this is a used machine so some should be expected. There are absolutely no cracks or broken plastic and it has obviously not been crashed and totaled. The only real blemishes on this entire machine are a few small scratches on the rear fender, front number plate, left side fo the air box cover, and a couple dings in the exhaust pipe. We have even provided pictures below so that you can see exactly what this machine and what the blemishes look like. The lucky new owner of this YZF is going to get an AMAZING bike that will offer a ton of enjoyment with a long life. Make sure you don't overlook this YZ450F! Everything on it functions exactly as it should. The engine is 100% stock and has not been opened up. A new one just like this would set you back around $8699 plus fees. This one looks great, runs PERFECT and is a chance to get a true high performance dirt bike at a great price. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this bike up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this bike in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. Thinking you can avoid paying any sales tax is an urban legend. Trust us, just pay the tax when and where it is due and be done. Trying to avoid it will only cause headache later. If it ships, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders:We sell many machines to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have a bike shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
