So I've decided to sell my 2013 R1. I destroyed my ankle up about 4 months ago and the road to recovery is not going well. Its looking like riding and racing will be out for another 6 months so with the new R1 out I think I am going to buy one of those and have a project while I'm down for the count. I'm also not opposed to some sort of trade. Back story: I bought this bike with the intention to build it into my race bike. I bought the bike with 0 miles. I broke the motor in on the street for roughly a 1000 changing the oil with ONLY Motul 300v. The bike has ONLY been stored in a heated garage and has never seen a drop of rain. I have done 3 race days and 1 track day on the bike. I got injured riding BMX and I haven't touched the bike besides starting it and wiping her down in the last 5 months. I have a 2009 Yamaha R1 for sale Original color is white and red, currently the fairing are wrapped in 3M carbon fiber vinyl. $800 wrap job Has 5,600 original miles with 3 oil changes ever done. One at 1,000 (break in) and another done at 4,000 miles, and I just completed a 3rd oil change on 10/07/14 and will not be riding it and at all.  Stock header, stock exhaust.
