1999 Yamaha YZF-R7 OW-02.This bike is #392 of 500 produced and one of only 50 that were imported to the USA for AMA homologation. Original owner, kept indoors in a climate controlled room. This R7 has been enjoyed for 15,729 miles of Southern California canyons, Hwy 1 en-route to the Monterey GP, touring through Yosemite, and many secluded “G” roads in between.All R7’s came from the factory detuned for road legal status. This bike has been fitted with the factory Yamaha stage-1 race kit (air box, throttle, ECU). Spare set of unpainted AirTech race bodywork included as well as spare parts from the race kit.Condition is very good. It has been a street bike, there are some rock chips and blemishes. There was a parking lot tip over and affected bodywork was replaced with factory Yamaha parts that came pre-painted and stickered. A factory tail section with some minor damage is included for spare.
