In order for me to buy and sell legally under Florida law, I am a licensed and insured dealer with the state. This is a benefit to you as a buyer since I am accountable to the rules and regulations of Florida when it comes to selling motorcycles. Please be aware that when you purchase from me, you will be required to pay 6% Florida sales tax on the purchase price as well as title transfer and registration fees required by the DMV. I do not profit on any of this. I am required to collect it on behalf of the state of Florida.
