Bargain of the day. Real nice V-Star 1300. Plenty of power for whatever you need. Simple day to day use or hitting the highway. A no frills bike all in stock condition. Ready for your customization to begin. Beautiful red color that looks sweet with lots of chrome. Minimal maintenance on the Yami. Belt drive is awesome. No chain mess!!! Priced to sell. The 1100 cc V-Twin motor provides plenty of user friendly torque , its predictible , managable yet has no problem carrying two riders and some gear . The motor is a simple tried and true air-cooled 1063 cc single overhead cam with two-valves per cylinder . It has dual carbs , a 5 speed transmission and a low maintence shaft drive . The XVS 1100 C holds 4.3 gallons of gas and gets about 35 mpg on average . These bikes make a great weekend cruiser or a nice commuter bike and at $2500.00 thats a lot of bike for not much money . This V-Star 1100 has rider and passenger floorboards for comfort on a long ride , plus a backrest to keep you passenger comfy . It also has a set of saddlebags for gear too . If you are looking for the most bang for the buck , well then check out this 2005 Yamaha V - Star 1100 Classic . An 1100 cc V -Twin motorcycle capable of in town riding , its only 600 pounds and a short 64.8 inch wheelbase make it easy to get around but also roomy enough to get out and tour with . The guy who traded it was over 6 feet tall and he and his wife fit comfortably riding two up with gear in the hard , locking saddlebags . The V - Star 1100 does have a low 28 inch seat and does fit varying rider heights . Yamaha has built very reliable and dependable air cooled V - Twin motors since 1981 with the original Virago Series and the entire V - Star lineup continues that tradition . A shaft final drive is also smooth and easy to maintain . The bike has triple disc brakes that work well riding on cast wheels that are easy to keep clean and you can run tubeless tires too . This one has a windshield , driving lights , hard lockable saddlebags , a backrest with a luggage rack for additional space to carry a soft bag .
