This is a 2006 Yamaha V Max 1200 cc bike. It has been in dry storage since 2011, and consequently has only 4651 miles on it. It does have a small windshieldand hard touring bags that are readily removable to take into your room at night if you are on a road trip. If I recall correctly, I paid $350 for these saddle bags. Another extra, which is a $200 extra is a Brake Away Throttle Lock. This lock interfaces with the front brake lever so that application of the front brake immediately releases the throttle-not quite cruise control, but almost. All the parts of this throttle lock are stainless steel.I guess you know tha t this is a powerful, smooth running bike. It has a V4 engine that turns out 130 hp. It is definitely not a bike for beginning riders.
