Firm on price. Here is why: This one owner scooter/moped that only has 771 well cared for miles on it. It is on a moped plate with current tabs. It has a windshield, to help block the breeze on those cold mornings and also to help control the wind flow all of the time. Makes it a bit less fatiguing to ride. Also includes a battery tender, 2 keys and the factory manual. Not a nick or scratch on this beautiful scooter. Just had the oil changed, spark plug, battery and the air filter replaced. It needs nothing. All of the lights, horn etc all work perfectly. Runs and looks perfect. Clean title with no lean.
