I am selling my 01 Yamaha road star silverado. This has been a great bike for me I have had it for a couple years now and am looking for something a little different. As far as I know it's mechanically sound I haven't had it leave me anywhere. The rubber is decent better than 50% left. Brakes are in great shape. There is some staining on the bottom of the jugs from a previous gas leak that I had fixed. In September last year I got into a accident the tank has a dent and most of the body didn't survive but it still rides straight. The risers are tweaked a bit but forks and frame are straight. I was going to rebuild it but just don't have the time this would make a great project bike or can leave it like it is. I've been running it this way since the accident. It does have some surface rust on the shift linkage and minor oxidation. I put new levers on it but they were cheap and the chrome is starting to peel. Overall it's a strong bike has plenty of power and has been good to me. I still have a few of the parts that had to come off to go with it, as well as a battery tender.
