1995 Yamaha Yzf , 1995 Yamaha YZF600R, with custom fit 1999 front fairings. $2500 OBO will take it home today. Price reduced for quicker sale. No trades. Selling a 95 Yamaha YZF600R with about 34k miles on it. The front fairings are custom retro-fit from a 1999 YZF600R, rear fairings and fenders are stock, repainted with matching Yamaha paint, and everything looks like it was made to be there. Perfect blend of old and new fairings. Rebuilt and upgraded front forks with adjustable dampening, rebuilt and upgraded rear shock with adjustable dampening and external nitrogen resoviour. Rims (originally black) plasti-dipped white with a Glossifier to add UV protection and shine. Carbs rebuilt with a carb sync over the winter. Custom, shortened D&D exhaust, one of a kind sound, especially when wide open. Also just replaced the steering bearing with AllBallsRacing set. Fresh Shell Rotella T6 Full Synthetic motor oil over the winter, with NGK Iridium spark plugs. Overall the bike is an 9/10 cosmetically, and a 9/10 mechanically, only mechanical issue is 2nd gear, it will engage, but not hold under load, I just skip it and go to 3rd. The bike has brand new tires and brakes over the winter, less than 500 miles on them. If you meet my asking price, I will include all stock parts, including original forks, fairings, headlight assembly, and newer fairings and parts to complete the rear end conversion to 99 rear end. Bike is cheap on insurance due to its year, but runs as good as a new bike. Great first bike No test rides without cash in hand and M Endorsement on license, and even at that point will be at my discretion. I have put a lot of work into this bike myself and would hate to see it all wasted on a test ride. Not what you would expect from a 20 year old bike, she rides like she brand new..
