Excellent 1969 collectors street legal antique motorcycle. Motorcycle is currently registered with antique PA plates with a Pennsylvania title. Starts on 2nd kick every time, runs great, and idles great. Carburetor is clean and has new air filter. Inside of gas tank has been coated professionally. Gas tank, oil tank, and fenders have been bead blasted, primed, and painted. Bike looks great but needs some tender love and care. Electrical system needs some work. Main fuse blew and I have not investigated since.

2009 Yamaha fz6 Key highlights:Purchased in 2009 Clean, no lien title (New Jersey) 6,195 miles Aftermarket fairing installed (can be easily removed) Regular oil changes (ever 1,000 miles and/or change in season)Clean vehicle history - no crashes, lay downs. Minor scraping paint on right side swing arm, and minor scrap to left size crank case due to a curbStored in garage Details:Bike was purchased new in 2009 in New Jersey and is the last model year that Yamaha produced the naked 2009 fz6 (since then it's the fz6r with fairing). In 2010, I purchased and installed an new aftermarket fairing (via eBay) that was specifically designed for this model and year motorcycle. This fairing is securely attached, but can be easily removed. Maintenance on the bike has consisted of frequent oil changes and the bike has been stored in a non-climate controlled garage when not in use. Overall the bike is in great condition, with a immediate ignition, smooth controls and no engine issues since I've owned this motorcycle. I possess a clean title with no outstanding liens and the vehicle history is free of accidents or lay downs. The bike has two areas of damage that can be seen in the photos, including a scratch in the paint on the right swing arm due to a lawnmower bumping into it in the garage, and a scrape on the crankcase on the left side of the bike due to bumping into a curb when parking in 2010. No other damage beyond expected minor wear. The bike is on it's second set of tires purchased new and installed in 2013 with approximately 100 miles on them (photos show tread on tires). These are Pirelli Diablo Rossa II tires which are excellent street tires with a long life left. No other updates have been made to the bike which has original brake pads, spark plugs, etc. The brake fluid was replaced in 2013 when the tires were changes. Please write with any questions. I purchased my 1990 Yamaha V Max from technically the original owner in August of 1992 with only 379 miles on it. So I owned this bike for almost twenty three years and drove it just over 16K miles. It is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. Every year it starts right up and has done nothing but run perfectly for the many years I've owned it. It has never been in rain and never fallen. I am an older, experienced rider and have always ridden this bike conservatively. This bike is one of the nicest, cleanest and completely stock, V Max's you will ever see. Especially for being a 1990. Included accessories are: a cover, a battery tender, small windscreen, engine guards, tall padded passenger back rest, rack and soft luggage pack. Also included is the factory issued tool kit. Any required maintenance was always professionally performed by a local motorcycle shop. The bike color is listed as black because that is what it appears to be most often. However, I think the factory color name might be midnight blue. In direct sunlight the color is a sparkly metal flake deep dark blue. It has always been stored on the center stand under the included cover and in a garage. The brakes, tires, battery and all fluids are in good shape and do not require immediate replacement. The bike is ready for another season of riding. Like many others, I am now at a point in my life that I just do not ride it enough to justify keeping it. I've ridden it only five times in the last two years. It really kills me to sell it. Notice my eBay ID? Catch me in a weak moment before I change my mind. I'm thinking it just may be time for someone else to enjoy this incredible piece of motorcycle engineering. I hope I don't regret this. This is not a bike for the first-time or beginning rider. This bike is big, heavy, strong and fast. There will be absolutely no test rides for any rider regardless of riding experience. This bike looks and will perform close to "as new".
