The engine mounting angle has been changed; rotating the cylinder head rearward changes the balance of the machine for compactness and sharp handling. Smaller engine mounting bolts and other things add up to 2.5 pounds less weight. Moving the steering head 3mm rearward makes the bike super-nimble turning into tight corners and carves tight lines.
