Will drive up to 25 miles for delivery, or local pickup required.I have my 2000 Yamaha YZF600R up for sale. One of the side fairings was damaged last season so I took them off. I began fixing the damaged fairing with fiberglass/bodyfiller and never had time to complete it, and don't have the time to streetfighter it. At this point I feel like it would do well with a new loving YZF home.Additional Photos: http://imgur.com/a/HDb1xRides fine as is, cosmetic problems aside. Well suited for a new rider, or as a project bike or even a parts bike for someone who may need extra parts for their YZF600R (parts are interchangeable with many years of YZF600R models). These bikes have the old style 'banana' seat that you used to see on street bikes, and also sits a little higher than most new 'race' bikes, so it's a more comfortable ride while still remaining sporty. Engine runs well, all gears shift smoothly. Oil changed every 1k miles because I'm neurotic. Carbs could probably use a cleaning in the future but nothing immediate to worry about. Frame is straight, no bends, no rust, no cracks in the metal. Some cosmetic scratches on the tail fairings and scratches on the peanut cover and stattor cover.I also still have most of the plastics, they're just not on the bike. You can have whatever I have if you want it. Including 2 side fairings (one in mid-fix shape, minor scratches on both), and most of the plastic pieces near the gauge cluster.Might not be the prettiest bike you'll ever consider buying but it runs and its cheap. If you know someone who has been interested in getting started on a bike, or if you have been considering it yourself, this is a nice cheap option that could be cleaned up nicely by someone with more time than I have.
