I carefully broke it in for 600 miles, then I took it in for it's 600 mile oil change and tune-up on August 3, 2016. It currently has 1200 miles on it and runs perfectly! I recently decided to retire, so I sold my home and bought a motorhome. My next trip will take me through Canada up to Alaska. Because most of the roads up there will be unpaved dirt and gravel, I've decided to sell the SMAX (which is mostly designed for paved roads, commuting, etc.) and buy a Dirt Bike that can better handle the bad roads that I'll be encountering.
