I am the second adult owner of this somewhat rare Dark Violet colored 1993 Yamaha TDM 850E, showing just 39K miles on the clock, over 30K miles of which I rode myself. Incredibly strong runner, the bike starts, rides, shifts and stops like new. Meticulously maintained and in excellent condition, as follows: Like-new set of matching Michelin Pilot Road tires New (NOS) Yamaha saddle Cosmetically very clean-a few expected dings, small scratches Never been down All new fluids-oil, coolant, fork oil, brake fluids, chain lube Factory exhaust recently replaced, some scratches on right can, but in excellent condition Battery Tender wiring, automotive horn Aftermarket MRI touring windscreen Euro headlights (super-bright!) This bike was awarded power cruiser of the year by Cycle Magazine in 2002. It finished in front of the Harley V-Rod, Honda VTX and the others. I have added some chrome extras including a billet shift linkage and well as nice custom passenger pegs. The Corbin seat was added. It's a $750 seat with a flip up back rest. Very stylish and handy. This bike has been garage kept and only has 25,000 miles on it. Runs strong and smooth.
