I bought this 2008 Yamaha FZ1 used in April of 2015 from a bike dealer in Santa Clara (CA). It had 4,380 miles on it at the time (it now has 11,000). I can't account for the service history before then but since then I've logged and saved all service/maintenance receipts. This bike is in exceptional condition. It's completely stock except for: 1) Yoshimura fender eliminator kit (which was on the bike when I got it). 2) OEM Yamaha chin fairing (added by me, see photo). 3) Corbin seat (added by me because I'm 6'2"). Like an idiot I didn't keep the original seat. The bike is gorgeously clean. It hasn't been down so there's no scratches on the pipe or mirrors or anything like that. Bike is clean, clean, clean. Since I've owned this bike it's been garaged and adult-ridden and maintained (I'm 63). The bike is totally turn-key, it needs nothing. Here's what it's gotten since I've owned it: Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires front and rear at 5500 miles. New battery in February of this year. New spark plugs at 8,100 miles (April of this year). Oil (synthetic) and filter change at 8,100 miles (April of this year). Coolant replacement at 8,100 miles (April of this year). New brake fluid (front only, rear was OK) September of this year. Again, I have receipts for all of the above.
