Good news: Spring is finally here!Bad news:  You don't have a motorcycle.  Luckily for you, I have a bike for sale because I finally got my dream bike and I can't justify having the two.This is a 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 with ~8100 miles.  I've taken great care of it: regular chain cleaning/lubing and oil changes every 6 months (last oil change was in Jan 2017).  It's always under a cover in my carport at home or garaged at work.  It has never been crashed/down, never wheelied.  Aside from the unavoidable superficial abrasions from my riding it, it has no body damage.  I live by the beach, so there is mild corrosion from the salty air.  I have the clean title in my name, no lienholder.It would be a good first motorcycle because it has predictable, linear power delivery, lots of low end torque, and relaxed body position.  It would be a great upgrade motorcycle because it has more power than 250-300cc bikes (70 HP vs 40 HP).  It's a great commuter bike- it's narrow and nimble, so lanesplitting on the way to work or school is a breeze.  It's agile and leans easily, so it's great in the twisties.  It's cheap on insurance compared to a supersport.  It's pretty awesome really.It has the following modifications:-Custom ECU flash from 2WheelDynoWorks-Power Commander Fuel Controller (PCFC)-IXIL SX1 full exhaust-Lightech Stripe LED front turn signals-Motodynamic integrated tail light-Fender eliminator-Woodcraft frame sliders-Woodcraft front axle sliders-Woodcraft swingarm sliders / stand spools-Adjustable shorty levers-Bikemaster bar end mirrors-RAM mount ball (actual RAM mount not included) -http://imgur.com/a/rDTLvThe buyer will receive 2 keys, the manual, OEM tool kit, my maintenance log, a bike cover, and my CD copy of the service manual (the one the dealership mechanics use).You're welcome to come by and inspect it and see it start.  You can test ride it with an M1 license and the agreed upon cash amount in my hand.  You drop or otherwise damage the bike?  The bike is yours, the cash is mine.  You ride the bike back unscathed and you don't want to buy at that price?  I'll give you your cash back.  We can then renogotiate or part ways.Got questions?  Hit me up.
