2007 FZ-1. Very fast bike. 11,000 miles approximately, as I'm still riding it. Some cosmetic damage to the left side from a low speed accident. No mechanical problems, runs like new. Email with any questions. Photos of damage will come soon.

Bought this Yamaha FZ6 last year and realized its just too much of a hassle having to haul back and forth from Illinois and Georgia (work and home). Been sitting in a warehouse on a battery tender for the majority of the time I've owned :( Absolute blast to cruise down the interstate or ride up to the North Georgia mountains in! Awesome for a person wanting a COMFORTABLE bike that is still fast and sporty and Perfect for a naked conversion or even for a beginner rider. Has a very forgiving, smooth clutch. I genuinely love this bike and I'm saddened I have to let her go. CASH ONLY -2008 600 with around 19,000 ACTUAL miles, (odometer reads 21,000 because of common yamaha error, recently corrected with Speedo Healer) -Two brothers exhaust and fuel injection -New front and back tires -Custom seat, very comfortable -Mechanically and electrically perfect -Oil changed every 3000 miles with full synthetic -Valves checked at 18,000 miles -Previous owner used bike as a daily, always kept in a garage/warehouse, routinely maintained -Sometimes I can't stop staring at her beauty -Topped it out at 140 mph Defects: -Has been reclaimed with a salvage title from previous owner (Hence the low price!), only because of insurance issues as you can see -Dent in fuel tank -Scratches on exhaust and seat, fairing replaced -Needs brake fluid replaced

This bike is 100% stock other than add on rack on back. The bike is as fast as it is good looking. Clean lines and the 1000 cc 4 cylinder engine sounds amazing. Super smooth. Power band comes on strong and easily pulls front wheel off the ground. The bike has amazing cornering. Front and rear tires are both new. I may consider trades but prefer cash. Price is firm. Clean title in hand. No pay pal so please don't try to scam me. Here is what motorcycle daily says about the FZ1: You have heard it before from middle aged guys that remember the Japanese performance bikes from the late 70s and early 80s. "Just give me a modern, standard style motorcycle . . . something with modern suspension, a modern, liquid cooled motor, a stiff chassis and great brakes." Yes, standard bikes, or naked bikes (take your pick) are making a comeback here in the U.S. Yamaha has made more bold moves in the marketplace than any other manufacturer in the last several years. Yamaha seems willing to lead the market in a new direction, rather than follow. We admire this. The 2001 FZ1 takes standards to a new level in terms of modern chassis and suspension design, handling and braking. The FZ1 has an excellent motor. Derived from Yamaha's already legendary R1 sportbike, the FZ1 mill is a modern, five valve per cylinder, liquid cooled engine with high peak horsepower and a relatively broad torque curve. Roughly ten horsepower down on the R1, the FZ1 will put out approximately 120 horsepower to the rear wheel, and a broad band of torque peaking in the low seventies. In the real world, the FZ1 pulls hard above 4,000 rpm and, while lacking the ZRX's off-idle power, has an extremely broad and usable powerband. Braking is another area that sets the FZ1 apart from the competition. Taking its brakes directly from the R1, the FZ1 hauls you to a stop as quickly as you dare. Indeed, the front brake on the FZ1 felt stronger than the front brake on the last R1 I rode. Definitely a high water mark in the naked class. Riding the FZ1 is a blast. When pushed hard through corners, you do notice the FZ1 lacks the rigidity of a pure sportbike, but otherwise the handling is hard to fault. In the real world, the FZ1 has all the chassis rigidity you need, and the added comfort of the upright seating position is much appreciated. Basically, the FZ1 is a fun do-it-all motorcycle with loads of power, very competent handling and great brakes. It is the standard those middle age guys have been asking for all these years.
