Selling my FJR after taking it on a 8,800 mile tour of the U.S. I bought this bike last year with 3,000 miles on it. I have checked touring the U.S. on a motorcycle off my list, and now its time to sell this remarkable machine. Bike is exactly as I bought it including trunk, and side protection engine guards.I dropped the bike once getting off in a hurry at Devils Tower. Slight blemish on the left side mirror, faring and saddle bag (see pictures).I put new Michelin pilot tires on the bike before my trip, and replaced the back tire again after suffering a puncture. So front tire has 8,800 miles on it, the back has ~ 5,000 miles on it. Bike has been serviced by an authorized Yamaha dealer. FJRs are great bikes and this one is just now getting broken in. I hope it goes to someone who will take it on additional far flung destinations.
