I'm parting with my very clean 2007 FJR1300AE. I am the original owner and the only rider. This bike has 43911 miles on it has been used mainly for commuting with some long range trips from time to time. Most of the normal maintenance has been performed by me. Most of the accessories that I had on the bike were sold separately, however there is a spider grounding harness installed. I also changed out the mirrors for the FZ1 style. These are some of the best for viewing what is directly behind you. There are also frame sliders and a driver backrest installed. The main difference with the AE models is the electric shifting. You don't have a clutch lever, but rather a finger paddle similar to many cars today. This make the bike an excellent commuter as you are not constantly working a clutch in stop and go traffic. The first time I road the bike, it took me about 5 minutes to get used to in. You also do not need to shift into neutral when you stop. I'm selling because I'm getting older and the sport touring posture is getting less comfortable for me on long hauls. This bike is ready to go to the grocery store or cross country!
