Selling my FJR after taking it on a 8,800 mile tour of the U.S. I bought this bike last year with 3,000 miles on it. I have checked touring the U.S. on a motorcycle off my list, and now its time to sell this remarkable machine. Bike is exactly as I bought it including trunk, and side protection engine guards.I dropped the bike once getting off in a hurry at Devils Tower. Slight blemish on the left side mirror, faring and saddle bag (see pictures).I put new Michelin pilot tires on the bike before my trip, and replaced the back tire again after suffering a puncture. So front tire has 8,800 miles on it, the back has ~ 5,000 miles on it. Bike has been serviced by an authorized Yamaha dealer. FJRs are great bikes and this one is just now getting broken in. I hope it goes to someone who will take it on additional far flung destinations.

2003 FJR has 44,7xx miles with hwy pegs, crash posts, tank bag, 2 trunks small and large, internal bags in saddle bags, new rear tire uncounted, larger windshield, new ignition switch, all head, swing arm brgs and gear drive lubed, fresh tappet adjustment, spark plugs, completely reworked on maintenance. Was my late father-in-laws and I do not need. Has had windshield mod performed and throttle bodies synced. Mounted rear tire still has 50% tread left with new brakes.
