For your consideration: A beautiful, well maintained, adult owned 2008 Yamaha FJR1300. The ultimate sport touring machine in my opinion....Comfortable BUT will keep up with the R1's... Current low mileage at 20,048. If you don't know these are 100K mile machines.... Extras- Corbin seat ,Yamaha Touring bag ($1000.00 cost), Yamaha luggage in saddle bags and garage cover all included. As mentioned above, this bike has been well taken care of and everything works as it should. I purchased the machine about five years ago from an older gentleman who couldn't hold the bike up and had to move into a smaller machine. I have put 14,000 miles on the machine in five years and love to ride her. I change the oil twice a year. She has new (last fall) Road 4 tires on her. Air filter changed this past winter. Antifreeze flushed and changed this past winter. Brakes were flushed and new fluid last summer with rear pads added and the battery is from last spring. This thing is turn key and go... I clean my bikes after every ride and they are always covered in the garage to do my best to keep them blemish free, like any seven year old machine she has a few tiny marks, not many and hard to see but I am very particular about my machines so when my wife rubbed her boot on the bag she got an ear full :) I have never dropped a machine but the gentleman I bought the bike from did drop her in his garage. The good news is that there are just a few tiny marks on the ignition cover and a very small ding on the tail pipe...all on the underside and hard to see. I'll be happy to send a close up photo to anyone interested in the bike. Again, just a few tiny marks on this beauty but to be expected from a seven year old machine...There will be no disappointments with this machine, I just want everyone to know about the few little marks...I'm guessing that you will not find a 2008 cleaner than this one...AND my 100% rating is very important to me.
