2006 Yamaha Banshee 350, THE LAST OF ITS KIND!!! 2006 YAMAHA BANSHEE TWIN 350 SPECIAL EDITION. The black with purple flames. It came with a dealer package of Chromed Dual T5's with stainless mufflers, chromed cool head, K&N air filter, and rejetted with upgraded clutch to peak this very fast bike out. The plastics have never been cut and are in perfect shape except for one rub mark from a tie down. It has less than 20hrs on it and has always been garaged with car cover over it. I'm a dirt bike guy so my atvs where never ridden. It comes with the black stock wheels and tires but also comes with a brand new set of ITP sand skates and paddles mounted on ITP black SS wheels. This bike is beautiful and is the last one maid and shipped to the US. I know a lot of people cut them up and stretch them for drag racing but this really is a one of a kind left almost completely stock but for the dealers upgrade package. You will not want to tear it apart either once you see it and ride it. Except maybe a little extension in the swingarm to keep the front end down because it is so fast. I'm redeploying to the Middle East so I thought it would be a good time to let it go to someone who'll appreciate it. You will not be disappointed with this budget dune rider.The Yamaha YFZ350 is more commonly known as the 'Banshee' in the ATV community. It is the only twin-cylinder two-stroke ATV available. The Banshee was designed to be a high-performance racing ATV with no equals. The Banshee was introduced as a 1987 model and it continues to be the longest-offered high-performance ATV of all time. The Banshee has undergone, relatively, few evolutionary enhancements. Beginning in 1991, Yamaha improved the front suspension by incorporating a double wishbone design. Prior to 1991, the upper lateral arm of the front suspension was composed of, what was nicknamed, 'J-arms'. These J-arms represented a compromise between available space for the engine and strength of chassis. By slightly re-arranging the exhaust pipes, the upper wishbone design became possible. The easiest way to distinguish a Banshee's model year is by its colors. For the most part, Yamaha revised the colors of the Banshee almost on a yearly basis.The basic engine design of the Banshee was shared with Yamaha's RZ350 street bike. These two engines appear to be the same from the exterior, but differences in gear ratios, connecting rod lengths, and cylinders set them apart. Most notably, the RZ350 has the YPVS 'power valves' that was omitted from the Banshee engine.The Banshee remains, to this day, Yamaha’s greatest-powered ATV. Brand new sand tires and wheels were just installed. CPI in frame pipes and 36mm lectrons are all part of the thrill when riding this 421cc dune bike. 4 mill stroke/68mm bore stock cylinders that have been re-sleeved for big bore. The motor is a race port with 8 plate clutch mod, Rz shift forks, shift star mod, pvl ignition with dual pro design billet kill switches boysen reeds and CNC machined reed cages.
