Yes, the photos are provided to us by the holding facility of the actual vehicle using a digital camera. Our photos are NEVER photoshopped. Please feel free to present our images to a local repair shop to obtain fair and reasonable repair estimates. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! 3. Where is the vehicle? Vehicles are stored nationwide at holding facilities, and insurance auctions that store and or resell vehicles for the insurance companies, through buy now, live auctions, online auctions, sealed bid auctions, pure sale auctions and reserve bid auctions. 4. How long will it take to get my title: Titles take about 10 to 15 days to get after vehicle has been released to you. We need that window to allow error, mostly human error, from the holding facility to our corporate offices and then via overnight courier to you. Our title department sends out countless titles weekly. 5. How long will it take to get a gate release after I have paid for my vehicle? Gate releases may take 5 to 10 business days to get prior to picking up any Vehicle from holding facilities. Once payment has been received The, insurance company and or auction need to process payment. At which point they will then apply payment to your vehicle. Once a gate release is issued vehicle will be dispatched through EZhaul.co or your preferred transport company. Our support team will contact you as well via a telephone call and or via email. It is very important you read and understand this to avoid any negative feedback ratings. 1. Can and Insurance Company decide to take back the vehicle after it has been paid for? Yes, it has happened on rare occasions where they have made an error on the buy now, they have to open an investigation etc. There are countless reasons they may need to recall a vehicle back. This has happened on very rare and few occasions. They will refund us via check within 2 to 3 weeks if this happens. At the same time our inventory is endless and there is always a replacement vehicle to meet your needs. 2. If I get a vehicle and I am unhappy with it, will you assist in reselling? Yes, we will be more than glad to finding a holding facility near you and putting the vehicle back on the market, so that the right person who can use it or possibly fix it can bid online. We also have a global audience bidding on these vehicles. Our team will help you find a replacement as well. So once again please if you are bidding on vehicles we offer, understand our descriptions are brief, although we take possession and own vehicles we simply cannot physically inspect all of them not even if we had 1,000 employees. 3. Where do you get your vehicles? Our vehicles are acquired through our insurance company and auction contracts. We also had data agreements with some of the largest publicly traded Insurance Company holding facilities and auctions. We also purchase and remarket vehicles that were acquired through our cash for cars program. 4. Does the vehicle have a clean title? Our vehicles that state clean title have clean titles. If they state salvage titles then they have a salvage title. Each State has different laws check with your local motor vehicles. Most vehicles we sell have branded or salvage titles due to accidents, floods, manufacturer buybacks, theft, etc. 5. What form of payments do you accept? We accept PayPal or any major credit card for deposit ONLY. The balance must be paid with cashier’s check, bank check or wire transfer. Within two business days. 1.
