My beloved Tiger 800xc and I have to part ways. Due to a knee condition, I'm under orders to switch to a lower bike and find a good new home for the Tiger. With under 3,800 miles on the clock she’s barely broken in (I worked abroad and couldn't take her with me), but when I had time to ride the Tiger has been serious fun, and totally reliable to boot. I always garaged her and had her on a battery tender, and she was dealer-serviced when I had the center stand installed. The three-cylinder engine is a blast, very lively but enough torque from the bottom and totally smooth... MCN always comments that triples may be the ideal engine! -- The bike has a ton of extras coming with it: -- Engine Protection Bars -- Bash Plate -- Center Stand -- CalSci tinted windshield (stock shield mounted) -- Handlebar risers -- Kaoko throttle lock -- Triumph gel seat (as well as stock seat) -- Alarm/Anti-Theft Immobilizer -- Auxiliary Power Socket -- Adjustable Clutch Lever -- Triumph Panniers with Liners -- Soupy “dogbone” lowering links (if you’re a bit height-challenged; stock links mounted)
