1978 Triumph Tiger , 1978 Triumph Tiger Indulge yourself in a piece of British motorcycle history. For Sale is a very nice 1978 Triumph Tiger (TR7V, 750cc, 5 speed). Matching engine and frame numbers. Odometer indicates less than 13800 miles which appears consistent with condition. Bike is stock except for electronic ignition and Dunstall mufflers. I have owned the bike for the past 15 years during which time it has been a fair weather rider and has been garaged. Tank and side panel paint is excellent but not original, frame paint is good and appears original, seat is perfect, and chrome, aluminum and rubber are good. Previous maintenance includes new tires, front brake master cylinder and hose, front caliper rebuild, clutch and primary chain tensioner replacement. Clear title. Owners, parts, and workshop manuals included. Cranks and runs great.
