This is a great running bike. Don't judge it by the way it looks. 2000 Triumph Sprint ST sport touring bike. It's ratty but it runs great.I'm selling my Sprint because I spend too much time with my newer bike and not enough time with this. I've neglected it the past couple years. It's time for it to go to a better home and I need the money. If I didn't need the money I'd keep it just to enjoy a couple rides a year with it. This bike was my primary transportation from 2001 to 2009. It's taken me everywhere reliably through all seasons. Up until the past couple years I treated it great and kept up on the little maintenance it's required.You could consider riding it in winter with the salt mistreatment and I might agree as that is the reason for the corrosion on some of the aluminum. Look closely in the pictures and you'll see it. It's most noticeable on the end of the muffler. It's been inon its side four times, 2 at zero mph and 2 at about 10 mph. You can see the scratches on the bags. I removed the bodywork because of a crack from one of the falls but the bodywork will go with the bike if you want it. It has the sought after stock ST only single sided swingarm. Corrosion has locked up the eccentric adjustment for the chain and the rear brake rotor and pads need to be replaced. This work won't be hard to do but I don't have the time and energy to do it. It's rideable now as is but the back brake won't slow you down right now and the chain will need adjustment before long. I put new Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires on it last year and have only put around 200 miles on them. It still handles good and it will still go 145 mph though of course I do not condone it. It comes with a nice Triumph durable and waterproof tank bag and the Triumph quick detach luggage saddlebags. Besides the ratty look it's a great bike. Great for a daily rider or a great platform for a streetfighter.Good: Very reliable. 955 three cylinder engine, same design that is used on new Speed Triple. Best street bike tires you can by and they are just broken in. Center stand besides kick stand. Hard bags.
