2007 TRIUMPH SCRAMBLER 900, We are always looking for used Bonnevilles, especially Scramblers, and they are few and far between. This bike was found and purchased by our owner after a personal inspection. It has 24,112 miles and has been VERY well taken care of. Check out the condition in the pictures... this is how clean it was when we got the bike! The paint shines like brand new, the tires have plenty of tread left on them, all the chrome is in great shape, the seat is like new and the bike runs great. The 2007 Scramblers are carbureted and this one fires to life immediately with the push of a button when cold. The previous owner has 'cleaned out' the mufflers a little so she makes a little more noise than a stock bike but sounds great and seems to be jetted properly for the change. Our Triumph factory-trained techs have done a full inspection of this beauty and found nothing that will cause you problems. If you are looking for a used Scrambler this is a great bike, and will surely bring you many miles of riding and maybe even channel a little Steve McQueen spirit.! Just be ready for conversation because these things attract a lot of attention anywhere you go!
In the 1960s, far from civilisation and regular roads, stripped down desert bikes based on Triumph twins and fitted with high level exhausts, dirt bike tyres and suspension were being used for hard recreational fun and competition on tough terrain. The Scrambler takes its inspiration from these very bikes. They were highly competitive and most famously were used by Hollywood superstar Steve McQueen for pleasure and in full competition. Including the 1964 International Six Day Trial (ISDT) in East Germany. We built the Scrambler to evoke that spirit of freedom and escape, carefree times when all you needed was a bike and somewhere to ride.
