Perfect condition, 3200 miles. Please email james at . Bike lives inside in southern Maine. BONNEVILLE SE A pedigree that few models can match. Just like the Bonneville, the Bonneville SE gets a distinctive 70's look of its own, but with the addition of special equipment to really set it apart. A matching speedo and tacho set, polished alloy engine covers on the blacked out engine and a chromed Triumph tank badge are added to the Bonneville's distinctive styling. The new cast wheels, upswept silencers, "shortie" mudguards and new lower and narrower seat are shared with the new Bonneville. There's even a twin color paint scheme available to go with that classic twin sound. The result is pure Bonneville with a real retro sporty look, just more of it.

1971 TRIUMPH 750 TRIPLE, ONE OWNER since new, until last year when I bought the bike. I have not ridden it, so I have not put any miles on it. ONLY 3633 MILES! BIKE HAS BEEN WELL CARED FOR SINCE NEW. ORIGINAL BIKE, ORIGINAL PAINT, GREAT PATINA, THEY ARE ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE.... BIKE HAS BEEN STORED INDOORS FOR 30 YEARS AS A STATIC DISPLAY. Has been running, but not since last year. I have four other bikes and no time to work on this. Here is the recent work done by Street Cycle in Falmouth Maine: CARBS CLEANED, REPLACED CARB BOWLS, FLOATS, NEEDLES, ALL MAIN JET HOLDERS, WITH JETS, INTAKE BOOTS. REPLACED FUEL LINE AND FILTERS. REPLACED PETCOCKS. CHANGED ENGINE OIL AND FILTER. CHECKED/ REPLACED AIR FILTER. CLUTCH AND CHOKE CABLES NEEDED REPLACEMENT. REPLACED BATTERY. REPLACED POINT COVER GASKET, SUMP GASKET, CLUTCH COVER GASKET. REPLACED SIDE STAND SPRING. FOUND THAT ENGINE HAD LOW COMPRESSION, REMOVED VALVE COVER, VALVES WERE VERY TIGHT, LOOSENED VALVES TO GIVE THEM CLEARANCE. TWO ISSUES NEED ATTENDING TO BEFORE THIS IS A PRISTINE PERFORMANCE BIKE: TOP END EITHER NEEDS TO BE RE-TORQUED OR POSSIBLE HAVE HEAD GASKET REPLACED, CAN SEE SLIGHT WETNESS AROUND GASKET AREA. OIL LEAKS BENEATH ENGINE, LIKELY TRANSMISSION OIL SEALS THAT HAVE DRIED OUT. HERE IS THE LINK TO THE EBAY AUCTION FROM LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT THE BIKE FOR $5700. I HAVE SINCE PUT $2000 INTO IT. http://www.ebay.com/itm/-/191322270378?ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:US:3160
