1967 triumph real bobber rat ride beauty I have owned and ridden this bike for 25 years, back in 2004 I decided to rework it. I finished it months ago, it has been gone thru and all machine work done by a friend the motor top end was redone all gaskets new, the bottom was fine so left alone, the carb is a mukuni 32mm with a side draft manifold by clay Cobb, the front forks have been redone and sealed giving it a better ride, wheel conical front hub laced stainless with a 21 inch sun rim from bucanan's the center was powder coated and polished, the tank cap, valve caps, oil tank cap and points cap are all hand done..and very unique. the fuel tank is the extra larger one. the solo seat i have owned since the 70's and before that my friend bought in the 60's. sits on heavy duty hairpins. the P-pad is from the late seventies and is custom mounted to a rack so that it can come on and off as desired. the 1925 studabaker cowl light act as running, turning and stop lights with LED lights the white turns to red when turned on. they are mounted to a custom re-worked 1950's pre-unit rear fender that has been pie-cut to fit the tire and tubed to reenforced and hide the wiring. the fender is held together by stainless steel stays shaped and polished. boyer ignition, the frame was stregthened.the chain guard was made from scratch from stainless and drilled to give that vintage look. also a new chain was installed giving it a much smother ride on this hard tail. the motor mounts are hand made from stainless and match the finned cover. the battery box is a 1950s kodak developing tank. LOOK AT ALL THE PHOTOS FOR ALL THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THIS BIKE HAS very little was off the shelf, all the valve covers gas cap points cover fender stays etc was hand done the head light was donated from a 1950's bulltaco re-chromed and powder coated to protect it. the speedo and the cables are all new from barnetts, throttle is an old vintage chain driven race. as you can see there is so many things that is hard to list all, but does include completly reengorcing the frame and neck going through the motor the lic plate and lic frame with the badge and reflectors are not included sorry the paint and body work was done by unique twist in burbank this bike is not a put together over night ride. please ask questions or make an appointment to inspect we spent over 16k and selling for far less actually much less I can no longer ride becuase of health issues MORE PHOTOS IF REQUESTED
