This bike has been upgraded with the following: New Hagon rear shock; new Progessive fork springs, seals and dampers; New Clearview tall windscreen; New Oxford heated grips; New lithium battery with charger, New fuel lines; new vacuum lines; New clutch pushrod and seals; New air box and air filter; carbs completely rebuilt, balanced and tuned; New Denali driving lights; radiator flushed; brakes flushed and new brake pads; new fuel petcock, new chain and sprocket set. 1998 Triumph Trophy 1200, great condition, and an outstanding value. Please take the time to read and look at the photos as the bike just underwent MAJOR upgrades and renovations costing over $6000. British Racing Green, factory top case, Sargent seat with matching green piping. I am the second owner and purchased the bike in October 2015. The first owner used the bike consistently, it has never been "stored". The bike comes with the factory top case and is unique in that it has been keyed so that one key works everything including ignition. I spent last winter readying the bike for a 3500 mile trip to California in May 2016, which the bike made with no issues. Work performed in preparation for the trip included.- New Progressive 1.0 rate fork springs, fork seals and Gold Valve emulators- - - New Hagon Rear shock- New Oxford heated grip kit- New Michelin PR4 tires (now with about 4K on them)- New Clearview tall windshield- New chain and sprocket set- Carbs removed, cleaned, fully rebuilt including new floats and seals, balanced and tuned- new plugs and plug wires- new front and rear brake pads, and rear brake calipers rebuilt- new air filter AND the entire air box, as the original was cracked- installed new bright LED dash bulbs so you can see the dash in the day- new plasma and vibration headlight bulbs- many loose and missing bolts and fasteners found, replaced and tightened- - - replaced a leaky clutch seal and pushrod- flushed brakes, clutch and radiator systems- installed a new fuel petcock (a common weak point on these bikes) - replaced ALL fuel and vacuum lines- New Shorai lithium battery and battery tenderThe bike has been down on the right side but received only cosmetic damage which has been repaired except for a very small (dime sized) blemish on the right muffler. Repairs included a new factory painted right fairing panel, directional signal, mirror, and pannier cover. The bike looks great, runs perfectly, and handles way better than most bikes of this type due to the suspension upgrades.Can provide more photos and info on request.
