1970 Triumph Boneville Custom Chopper ! 98% complete! This project was built by the Ornamental metals co., Great Bear Metals, in Montana. By certified welders and fabrication experts. the bike is custom crafted on almost every aspect, from the stock running Bonni., The frame is customized from the engine mounts out. Close detail was given to customized flanges and gusetts all over the frame. LIST OF HAND BUILT PARTS: Aluminum fuel and oil tanks, rear fender and frenched tail light, front air scoop with oil cooler and battery, forword controls and brake levers all ornamental iron, handle bars, twisted rod like rope to 1,1/4 inch, not in pics.Rear fender supports, exhaust pipes and stainless steel perforated covers,... Powder coated frame and extended Springer front end in Silver Vain color., Big Bore engine kit 830cc from 750cc, Harley rear rim laised to the Triumph hub, Lowered to 4" off ground, designed to be foot clutch, hand shift or can be foot shift. To many little details to mention, Zoom in on pics, to show more detail. Extra triumph parts included, Needs wiring, Easy 5 wire minimal system, with The Mighty Max modual, eliminating the Luca system, front brake cable & clutch, throttle cable.
