1997 BMW K1100LT, I must sell or trade my 1997 BMW K1100LT touring/sport motorcycle. $4500 or best offer or trade. I WILL consider all offers. I bought it from a very close adult friend who babied it. I'm 61 years old. I've now got Parkinson's disease and can no longer ride. About the bike. It is truly a must see BMW! Clean title in hand. Color is MYSTIC RED METALLIC. Bike is in excellent condition with 24,902 original miles. Very clean. It has an 1100CC "Boxer", (Opposed 4 cylinder) motor which produces just under 100HP. 0-60 time: 4.35sec, Quarter mile: 12.34 sec @ 109.34MPH, Top speed rated at 130MPH. Full fairing, moveable, power windshield, shaft drive, fast and smooth as silk. Tires OK, original equipment design. Comes with two factory original BMW hard shell suitcase "bags" (mount on sides of rear), elephant ears that cover arms and hands for cold weather riding, new riding gloves, two very nice helmets and has a beautiful leather seat from Corbin. (Includes backrest) Factory chrome crash bars. Never dumped. Includes a very nice cover. Garage kept, though light dust at the moment. (Place I stored it uncovered it and left it get dusty inside the garage it was in.) Small paint chips on fairing. Bike has a new AGM (fiberglass mat) battery and an automatic "Battery Tender" installed for long term storage.
