Chain is only 1000 miles old. After market higher windscreen. Safety flasher headlights – toggle controlled. New battery as of 4/2/17. Outdoor BiLT cover. 2006 Suzuki V-Strom 1000, Immaculate 2006 V-Strom 1000. If there were ever a Swiss Army Knife of bikes, this is it. As I would cruise on trips through the mountains of Virginia, ridge-tops of Eastern Kentucky or along the twisty curves of Interstate 40 in Western North Carolina I would think of how I could take an already incredible design and make it even better. The improvements to this bike have served to make it safer, more comfortable and to make it perform better. The tires are Bridgestone BattleWings and still have 80+ on the tires. I am the second owner of this bike and am only selling due to medical bills from a recent accident. This bike has never been down, has always been garage kept and has been very, well maintained. Services are up to date including the "prescribed 15K mile service" that was performed by a qualified, adult, mechanic at Mike Wells Racing in Lexington. It is ready to ride to California, Alaska or to the tip of South America. I'll even throw in a Fuller, flip helmet and bag. You'll see that there's almost 3k in upgrades in this machine.
