If you're looking to start riding at track days or a cheap and fast street ride, this is the bike.2001 SV 650/S. Very low miles. Only 4,278. Clean IL title. Bike easily converts between track duty and street in 20-30 minutes. Street plastics are in great shape. Tank has no damage. Never crashed. Track plastics included with purchase. Not pictured, but I have the OEM front fender.Previous owner was an Elk Grove Village police officer that had Safety First racing built the bike for track duty, but he never got beyond Novice group. My wife subsequently used it in Novice group for a couple of Autobahn track days and we drive it on the street from time to time. After the Chicago motorcycle show last month, we bought a 2017 Triumph Street Cup. For sale is my 2003 SV650S, would make an amazing track bike or first bike. Don't get me wrong though, this bike will keep you entertained for its entire life. 2003 was the first year Suzuki made the SV a square tube frame so you won't be growing out of this bike anytime soon. It has newer tires, a newer battery, Yoshimura slip on, adjustable levers and a quicker response throttle. The bike has no leaks, drips or issues. Around 22k miles and tons of life left. 650cc L twin sounds great (roars like a Ducati) and runs strong. The bike is fuel injected and will start right up every time, no matter the weather. It's also liquid cooled, will keep temperature during the hottest days of the summer, even when sitting still in traffic as the radiator has a fan attached to it. Tires are Dunlop Carbon Fiber Sportmax Q3, installed in 2016. Shoot me a text if you're interested, thanks!

Bought this last April from a guy on Cycle Trader, got the carbs reuilt, changed the oil, and broke the left mirror by dropping it in my driveway the day after i got it along with the clutch lever (which was replaced), I just haven't gotten around to buying the new set of mirrors i have picked out https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/crg-arrow-bar-end-mirror. Has a small scuff on the gas tank which could most likely be buffed out, but I'm not an expert. $2500 and I am willing to hear of any trades you might have. I have the title.
